Job Description

Our client in SW Houston has an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, plumbing, HVAC, etc. This role will provide administrative support to the construction manager. This is a permanent role with a growing organization, working in office from 8-5, with a salary range of $60-65K + benefits, PTO and a fantastic culture!

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling, oversee work assignments, track jobs, process change orders
  • Work closely with the construction manager, subcontractors and department staff
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, track completion of projects, review sales orders

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, tech savvy overall
